Our candidate:

2+ years of experience on BA postion;
Experience in business process creation (BPMN);
Experience in gathering and formalization/regulation of requirements
Experience in modeling and analysis of business processes as well as in creating system prototypes and user interface
Experience with Agile methodology
Experience with key BA technics (interview, workshop, document analysis, estimation, mind mapping, etc.)


 
Job requirements:

Find out business needs (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer etc.);
Writing project documentation (concept, technical design, use cases, testing protocols);
Create detailed and understandable requirements, tasks, support functionality till production;
Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders, PDM/PM and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs.
