November 2009 – currently: HR Director at National Transport Company. Amount of employees – 1200 within divisions around the country. Amount of subordinated – 7.
• Manage complex HR process: planning, recruitment, adaptation, evaluation, training, motivation, documentation, internal and external legal reporting, budgeting, methodical base;
• Provided instructions and procedures for HR management;
• Analyzed, evaluated and optimized effectiveness of work of employees in HR Department and cooperation with regional divisions and other functional departments;
• Provided budgeting for personnel expenses for a whole enterprise (salary, taxes, benefits, business trips, trainings, corporative events, motivation bonuses etc.) within companies P&L Statement;
• Formed organizational structure for regional divisions and central office in order to balance expenses for employees and their effective professional input;
• Built and implemented motivation and salary system for different levels of employees;
• Found not standard ways to solve situations with personnel, according to Labor Law and needs of

February 2008 – December 2008: HR Director of “Group of companies” MRIYA” (agroindustrial complex with divisions in Western Ukraine). General quantity of workers – 5000. Amount of subordinated – 8. For 15 years of existence of this enterprise HR department was established by me for the first time.
• Developed the strategic plan of activity of HR department and it’s structure in the fields of
recruitment, adaptation, motivation, growth and development, estimation and evaluation of results of activity for employees, personnel administration and documentation work;
• Formed the team of HR department;
• Divided tasks and controlled their implementation at directions: strategic HR management and planning – current management of HR – HR administration and documentation – local HR performance;
• Formed the methodical base of work of department: statement about HR department, description of processes, HR documentation;
• Conducted HR audit in legal reporting and documentation and improved it according to demands of Labor Law and needs of Company;
• Provided internal HR reporting and budgeting;
• Prepared documentation for International auditors;
• Created the electronic database of employees in program 1C.8;
• Conducted studies for the workers of HR department on questions recruitment, adaptation, motivation, development of personnel, corporate culture, attestation and observance of Labor Law, documentation;
September 2006 – for February 2008: HR manager (in a time of absence of Head of department – carried out his duties) company «SEBN-Ukraine»-enterprise with foreign investments for producing of wiring systems for the cars of concern Wolksvagen. General quantity of workers – 1000.
• Completed an internship at partner enterprise in Poland in HR department;
• Organized work of HR department of personnel from the beginning of foundation of enterprise, formed a department – 6 employees;
• Developed instructions, procedures for coordinating of activities of HR department;
• Recruited all kinds of employees, created external and internal staff reserve;
• With the leaders of functional directions developed the plans of enterprise in of providing of employees and development and individual professional growth, estimation of results of activity;
• Consulted the leaders of different levels on questions organization of HR management and labour legislation in work with personnel;
• Initiated and developed the systems of financial and not material motivation, conducted the questionnaire for personnel, analyzed results, monitored labor-market, consumer baskets, created recommendations and implemented the proper measures;
• Created the administrative reporting in the sphere of HR management;
• Took part in passing current HR registration system to the automatic system 1C.8.;

April 2006 – September 2006: Human Resources Manager of Western Region of Ukraine of National Mobile Connection Company “ALLO”.
• Provided research and selection of staff of all rates, preparation of documents for personnel , interviewing, contest selection of staff, put advertisements in newspapers, participation in trainings for HR – Managers, cooperation with employment centers and employment agencies.

• Searched for partners, organizations and employers, developed international contracts, business communications with international partners in English about recruitment of staff from Ukraine, organization of informational presentations in educational institutions for students, organization of interviews and consultations for students about employment abroad, assistance in filling the applications and documents, preparation for interviews in Council of USA in Ukraine
