Job Purpose:

Provide procurement service, contacts and collaborate with suppliers of goods and services, manage to purchase docflow, work to support, interact and contribute to the success of the ITAM program.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the implementation of procurement from initiation to completion of the request. Provide correct acquisition documents
Fulfill IT Hardware and services procurement. Responsible for obtaining proper justification for products prior to purchase
Determine the sourcing available for the requested HW asset ensuring that before purchase the asset is not currently available in inventory
Minimize organizational cost through equipment standardization and tracking quality throughout the equipment lifetime
Detect potential problems based on incidents, discover roots of problems and resolve them, cooperating with other IT directions if it is required
Assist in planning reserve pool of standard hardware devices foreseeing user's needs
Assist in monitoring and managing contractual agreements. Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure vendors comply with contractual terms and conditions
Assist in conducting E-tender procedures: requirements gathering, writing tech specification, tender administrating, and results from the analysis


 
Qualifications:
Education
Master degree in Computer Science or similar


Specialized knowledge:
Familiar with a variety of the ITAM practices, and procedures
Proficient in the use of computer systems, personal computers, and software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and business process modeling
Normalize Data for Excel Pivot Table
Help Desk systems (desirable)


Skills & Abilities:

Experience with accounting documents
Understands business trends in the IT industry

English intermediate level or higher

1/2 (half a year) year experience of complex product or service acquisition/sales and contract negotiation experience
