We are currently looking for Customer Data Expert. 
This role is for an insight driven candidate, who is 1) research and data savvy, 2) customer needs minded, 3) has a strong understanding of user behaviour on web and apps. 
A successful candidate needs to be a self starter able to connect the dots to build a detailed picture of customer behaviour, needs and attitudes.
 
Through this role, candidate should be able to present their findings in an actionable manner to help drive increased customer satisfaction, increased sales, increased user engagement and reduced customer churn. Employee should be a confident and persuasive presenter able to influence and win the support of their colleagues across the business.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build meaningful and actionable research on product development and enhance customer engagement and retention.
Develop, run and analyse quantitative and qualitative insight work to better decision making across the business.
Be seen as a trusted advisor and use expertise to make improvement proposals across the business.
 
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
Previous relevant experience in customer insights and research 3-5 years.
Previous experience working in a Business-to-Business type environment.
Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Familiar with a variety of external data sources and how they can be accessed and leveraged.
Exemplary communications skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships across business departments, partners, suppliers and customers.
An ability to present clearly and effectively.
Strong IT skills in use of spreadsheets and analysis of data.
Ability to define data queries to technical teams clearly and precisely.

This role will report to the company's Marketing Team Lead based in Lviv, Ukraine.
